1. Price
The prices mentioned in the price list of the Online Museum Shop of Helinä Rautavaara Museum are valid only in the Online Museum Shop of Helinä Rautavaara Museum. Same products are also sold in WeeGee Shop, the museum shop of the WeeGee Exhibition Centre. The prices of the Online Museum Shop of Helinä Rautavaara Museum aren’t valid in WeeGee Shop. Helinä Rautavaara Museum reserves the right to modify the prices. You’ll be charged the prices displayed on the online museum shop of Helinä Rautavaara Museum at the time of order. The prices include value added tax. Dispatching costs will be added to the price. All orders are payable in Euro.
2. Terms of payment
You can pay with Bank transfer or PayPal.
Bank transfer:
After making an order you can pay it with bank transfer to our bank account in Finland. This option is possible only when payed in Finland. You’ll find the final price of the order in the confirmation e-mail that the Online Museum Shop of Helinä Rautavaara Museum has sent to you. Please, mention your name in the message field when you’re paying. We will send you the package in seven days after we have received the payment. The order has to be payed in 10 days from the order or it will be automatically canceled.

3. Making an order
You can make the order in the Online Museum Shop of Helinä Rautavaara Museum www.helinamuseo.fi/shop, by email or by phone +358 9 816 31 435. If you want to order outside Finland, please contact us first by e-mail of phone.
4. Delivery
The package will be sent with in a week ( 7 days) after the payment can be seen in our bank account. Dispatching costs will be added to the price.
5. Dispatching costs
Dispatching costs are rated by the weight and they include packaging costs.
Weight groups:
A= 3,95 euros,: the lightest items like breast pins and pocket mirrows, extra pieces + 50 cent.
B= 3,95 euros: light items such as textiles, extra pieces + 1 euro.
C= 5,60 euros: light books, extra pieces + 1,50 euros.
D= 7,15 euros: heavy books, extra pieces+ 1,50 euros.
E= 8,71 euros: heavy items and items that are sent as a package, extra pieces + 1,50 euros.
6. Return
You are entitled to return the products with in 14 days of receiving them. Products have to be unused, in their original packages and in original condition. Please, notify us about the return in advance by email by phone +358 9 816 31 435 or by mail Helinä Rautavaara Museum, P.O. Box 6667, 02070 Espoon kaupunki. Please, notify also the bank account number where the money is to be returned. The customer can return the products for free in Finland by using Itella’s form. Mention the name Helinä Rautavaaran museo in the form.
7. Reclamation
Please, notify us about an incorrect or damaged product within a reasonable time by email by phone +358 9 816 31 435 or by mail Helinä Rautavaara Museum, P.O. Box 6667, 02070 Espoon kaupunki. Incorrect delivery can be returned for free in Finland by using Itella’s form. Mention the name Helinä Rautavaaran museo in the form.
8. Force majeure
Helinä Rautavaara Museum isn’t in charge of the hindering or delaying the delivery of the order in case of a force majeure.
9. Applicable law
In disagreement situations the Finnish law is applied.
