We want everybody to be able to enjoy a visit to the Museum.

Entry is free – always!

Accessibility at the Museum

The first floor of Entresse is accessible by elevator.

There are no obstacles to access or movement around the Museum. Seats are available too.

If necessary, we can dial down sound effects. Announcements at Entresse are audible at the Museum.

Museum staff is more than happy to help in any matters regarding accessibility.

Services for the visually impaired

At the Museum Shop you can borrow aids, such as a torch or a magnifying glass.

Lighting in the museum premises is intentionally dimmed to protect the fragile objects in our care as much as possible. Many of the items on display are made of organic materials that are not light resistant.

Museum staff is always glad to help visitors who have impaired vision.

Parking

Parking for mobility-impaired people is located in the Entresse car park nearby the doors into the shopping centre.

Taxis bringing visitors with special needs to the Museum can drive to the main entrance of Entresse to drop off and collect their passengers.

Good to know

Accessible bathroom facilities are available on the ground floor of the Entresse shopping centre. Facilities for children are also available.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome in the Museum.

Guided tours for special groups

We recommend that groups book their guided tours in advance. Please also inform the Museum booking staff if members of your group will need us to arrange specific help for them.
